Benefit b.right! Radiant Skincare by Benefit intro kit limited edition review

Here’s my review of the Benefit intro kit, all that you need for your skin in a miniature version.

Firstly, I absolutely love Benefit. I actually wanted to try their moisturizer but seeing this limited edition kit, I thought ill pick this up first and try their deluxe sample sized skincare range and then buy the larger ones if I like. And the packaging was just so cute that I couldn’t resist myself buying it.

A proper skincare routine is undoubtedly essential. The B.right! radiant skincare by Benefit comes with 6 deluxe product samples from their skincare collection. These come in a box with a zip lock pouch in it which is very handy while traveling.

The skincare set includes:

  • Foamingly clean facial wash 8.9g
  • Refined finish facial polish 8.9g
  • Moisture prep toning lotion 8.9ml
  • Triple performing facial emulsion SPF 15 PA++ 8.9ml
  • Total Moisture facial cream 8.9g
  • It’s Potent! eye cream 3.0g

I really liked the cleanser. I have mostly combination to dry skin. And it is quite sensitive to different products. The face wash is gentle, you only need a little, it lathers well and leaves the skin squeaky clean, soft and fresh. It removes makeup and impurities well, doesn’t cause any breakouts and is really hydrating and refreshing for dry skin. The face wash is meant for all skin types. It smells fresh and nice too (much like a cucumber scent!). It’s a great gentle cleanser for daily use.

The only thing that I did not like is the design of the tube. It is a little inconvenient when it comes to getting the product out especially when there is little left.

I do recommend the cleanser and will be buying the fuller sized one soon.

The product gently exfoliates and polishes the skin. Apply this after cleansing. It is quite moisturising and the scent is divine. Exfoliating the skin removes dirt, impurities and helps in minimising the appearance of pores, thereby giving a glowing skin. Again the only problem is with its packaging.

I recommend that if you have dry skin, you can apply it once a week or else maybe 1-2 times a week.  It leaves the skin super soft, smooth and fresh.

First of all, the little glass bottles are just so cute (lot like a magic portion bottle).

The Toner does a good job. I haven’t used many toners, so honestly wouldn’t be able to compare. But it is not at all drying and it comes a long way. Just apply the toner with a cotton pad over your face. Use it before the moisturizer. It soothes the skin and gives a healthy glow.

Now this is one of my favorite products. The moisturiser is amazing especially if you have dry skin. It is meant for normal to dry skin. For oily skin it might be a little heavy. It smells subtle and fresh and the skin doesn’t breakout at all. The moisturizer is quite thick and creamy but still doesn’t make your face greasy, heavy or sticky. It leaves the skin hydrated, and the skin feels so much softer and radiant especially when used along with other benefit skincare products particularly the facial polish and toner. This one I love and highly recommend. I would definitely be buying the fuller sized one soon. It’s no doubt one of the best moisturizers around for dry skin.

This facial emulsion with SPF is oil-free, pretty runny and light. Again the bottle that this comes in is super cute. For normal skin, I feel this does a decent job at moisturising. Skin feels fresh. If you are looking for a daytime lightweight moisturizer, then use this.

I was surprisingly impressed with the eye cream. The consistency although is quite thick, you really only need a little product. It is quite hydrating and gentle. It is also soothing and keeps the under eye area moisturized. It does fade dark circles and brightens the eye to an extent. A little comes a long way. Great for daily use.

Overall, I was pretty impressed with the collection. The skincare range does not disappoint. It’s a great way to sample a variety of Benefit skincare products before you splurge on the full-sized ones. And it is totally gift worthy.  All the Benefit’s products and gift boxes have super cute packaging. The best part that i found in the collection was that it’s pretty gentle to the skin, doesn’t cause any breakouts, great for daily use and perfect for winters. I was pretty happy that my skin being so sensitive to different products, did not react badly to any of them. In fact, it made the skin feel only better. And the miniature kit is good value for money.
